The NYSCEEA Executive Board announces the call for nominations for Honorary Life Membership. The Executive Board may award Honorary Life Membership to those RETIRED qualified individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service and dedication over a period of years.
Eligibility:
- Nominee must have held NYSCEEA membership for a minimum of 10 years.
- Nominee must have held a leadership position in NYSCEEA.
- Nominee must have significantly contributed to NYSCEEA activities & functions.
Nomination Process:
Nomination process must include a written statement of recommendation in the following categories:
1. Contributions
Describe the contributions the nominee has made to the organization (e.g. workshop presenter, facilitator, newsletter writer/editor, etc.) Also, describe any contributions to the advancement of cooperative education and field experience philosophy and practice.
2. Leadership Roles
Describe the leadership roles the nominee has held in NYSCEEA (e.g. officer, treasurer, director, committee chair, etc.) This should include any outstanding accomplishments achieved in this role.
3. Other Information
Describe any other information you feel would enhance the nominee’s selection.
